The Help Tourism family consists of almost 2500 members from within the network, but the whole coordination is taken care by the 04 offices of East and Northeast India. Even the Help Tourism Destinations function as extension of any of the offices for booking and connectivity. The 04 offices are placed almost 500 kms in a series, and each one functions as base camp for operating one tourism region each with several tourism circuits and destinations. However, most of the information and booking facilities mainly take place at the Headquarters at Siliguri and the Executing office at Kolkata (Calcutta). All the 04 offices function as field offices for tour operations and destination management in the respective tourism regions.
The coordinating team at these offices are highly motivated, committed, skilled and fast decision makers, understanding the core philosophy of the organization and confirming the best possible services under every circumstance. All research & development activities, Responsible Tourism actions and social & conservation programmes of Help Tourism network are also coordinated by the team.
