Cancellation Policy

Note : No refund will be eligible in case of no show or where the customer arrives late at booking time.
Refunds
Refunds on bookings amount if applicable shall be settled by the management to the guests or the appropriate booking authorities through the commonly agreed channel which may be cash or bank transfers or deposits. The management reserves the right to settle any refund claims as per its convenience.
Note : If client happens to process multiple online payments for one transaction, the duplicate transaction amounts will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
